I arrive for late lunch with my 2 dogs who I note are not good with tethering. There is nowhere to tether them anyway so, as the shop is empty, I order through the open door. Shop assistant tells me the price and I sit on am outside table with the correct money. I tell assistant that i have correct money. I sit down with money on table.
Shop is still empty and cash register operator yells to me that my order is ready.
So I have to find a tether away from the shop which i find on nearby pole.
Tethering takes a few minutes because dogs are not pleased with hot concrete and busy traffic close to road.
I return to shop and cash register assistant is looking frustrated.
I pay my $6.70 and collect my order.
I place coffee/food on outside table and walk up to untether my dogs.
It would take minimal effort for the cash register operator to walk out with my order. That would be excellent customer service and i had a tip ready for such effort.
Sadly, there was no such effort so I will make an effort to return
