In a rush after receiving notification from Dept of Home Affairs regarding my Australian Citizenship requirement I logged into TMT and paid $255 then after a few minutes realised they only need my original Birth Certificate and Change of Name (original language and not translations as I had those done in 1986 when I applied for my PR). So straight away I cancelled my request and they acknowledged straight away and offer a refund which TMT mentioned would take between 5/15 business days and after 10 business days I didn't see anything and start to worry if TMT is scamming me and I was wrong and into 12 business days I received my refund (after ANZ 'hold' it for 48 hours which is a real McCoy - the bank...they had the money but didn't give it to you straight away) Anyway thanks TMT and will definitely use your services oneway......but my citizenship has been approved and after 38 years in Australia finally I am an Aussie.
