I recently called Andrew as I needed an alarm system serviced. Andrew asked me a few questions then told me that he was unfamiliar with this type of alarm. He gave me a few general details of what the problem could be. I appreciated his honesty as he could have come out and "learnt on the job" at my expense. This is definitely a business that you can trust!

After several hours searching for a washing machine belt online I stumbled on this business. They normally only send the parts but I was in desperate need so asked if they would consider allowing me to pickup the part. They answered very promptly and agreed and also provided several pick up times! Interestingly this company was also the cheapest price that I found online for the part. They have all sorts of whitegoods parts so do yourself a favour and contact them if you needs any spare parts and also support a local business! In this day and age what a delight it is to deal with a company that knows what true customer service is :)

Endota have a new glycolic range of treatments and I was lucky enough to have a glycolic spa peel treatment last week. From the moment you set foot in the door to the moment you float out the door you feel totally relaxed and pampered. The treatment includes a facial scrub, mask, glycolic peel, nourishing after mask oil and finally a moisturising cream. In between you get a scalp massage and a lovely relaxing hand massage. I could not believe how beautifully hydrated my skin felt for days afterwards (that is a real achievement for me as my skin is prone to dryness). This is really the perfect treatment to have now we are coming into the warmer months and spending time out in the beautiful sunshine. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I floated out the door this was one experience that I will do again. From the friendly girl that greeted me at reception to the lovely therapist that performed the treatment I was made to feel totally welcome. I had been lucky enough to have received a spirit gift voucher. The treatment started with a wonderful footbath and foot massage.This was followed by a shiatsu style body massage and then the feet were brushed with a clay mask and wrapped in a hot towel. A dreamy scalp massage (the treatment includes a hot oil scalp massage but since I was going out after the treatment I asked the therapist not to use the hot oil) & a facial massage followed. Finally the feet were unwrapped and massaged before this blissful treatment came to an end. I could not believe that 90 minutes had gone by!!! I felt so totally relaxed and pampered and did not want the treatment to end. All the endota products used in the treatment were wonderful and I really like the fact that they are organic. If you want to be pampered and spoilt book yourself in at the Endota Spa Mildura and you will be very glad you did!

I have been a loyal customer for several years now and just wouldn't go anywhere else! The services they provide are top quality and they go out of their way to ensure that your treatment is exactly what you expect. It doesn't matter what treatment you choose - from manicures, pedicures and facials through to relaxation massages everything is done with the utmost care and consideration so you feel totally spoilt and pampered when you leave! They have a mobile service as well as various types of spa parties and pamper packages eg Ladies Nights, hens nights, birthday/anniversary celebrations etc. Another popular service is the girls spa parties especially designed for the young princess in your life (they even have spa goodie bags for each child so no-one goes home empty handed!) Go ahead and treat yourself and you too will become a loyal customer, after all don't we all deserve a bit of pampering now and then????

I have used this company for many years now. They always arrive on time and are very knowledgeable about the best way to treat any marks that are on the carpet. The carpets are not excessively wet after they have finished unlike some other carpet cleaners I have used and are quite dry within a few hours. My carpets are over 20 years old and are in very good condition and I credit Smiley with keeping them that way! Their prices are very reasonable and they are always reliable. Give them a try and you will never use another company again. Look after your carpets and they will last a long time.

If you use contact lenses then don't bother going anywhere else. In this day and age it is wonderful to know that there are businesses that actually care about their customers and these guys consistently provide outstanding customer service as well as at a very reasonable price! I have been a customer for many years now and Graham has never failed to patiently answer any and all questions promptly. I placed an order today as I realized I did not have enough contacts for an upcoming holiday, although I was doubtful I would be able to receive them in time. I received 3 emails today and the final one was to advise me that the order had been express posted to me today!!! Good customer service is not dead afterall!
