I had a terrible experience in this shop. One of the ladies is knowledgeable about shoes but both were extremely rude to me the last time I was there. After lining up for 45 minutes (beginning of dance year) I was told that I could not purchase jazz shoes for my daughter who was at dancing and unable to come to the shop with me. I was told she had to be there to try them on and if she couldn't be there I couldn't purchase the shoes. As we were desperate to get the shoes, I asked whether I could exchange if they don't fit and I was told no- there would be no exchanges if they don't fit in case she wears them!! They were rude in front of a store full of customers. When I said I had trouble coming during the week as I work full time I was told I should find another store with more suitable opening hours!!!! Awful experience - my daughter has been dancing for 7 years and I've never had any trouble in any other store - i will never,ever go back even though it is the closest store to me!!!
