I used to use Zambezi Plumbing, each year for trouble shooting and regular maintenance. They used to be a good reliable outfit. However, no longer. I waited for 4 hours for a plumber to turn up today. I made four phone calls to them to find out when someone would turn up. They did not have the courtesy to let me know that they were running late. They claim to have tried to ring me back with details of the plumber's arrival but rang back on a phone number i have not had for at least 5 years! And it turns out that use very old unreliable vehicles, because it takes more than 1 hour to travel from Scarborough to East Perth. We won't mention that this particular plumber, who was due today broke my toilet seat last time he was here, for which I was charged. I did not report him at the time because the service was good.

A terrible experience. 7 weeks for a new windscreen. Lies for 7 weeks. Parts don’t and wont talk to service.They rang us once in 7 weeks to give us information. Countless phone calls and emails from us to try and find out what is going on, even to the GM, who not only doesn’t know what is going on, also doesn’t care. And to add insult to injury, 4 significantly under pressured tyres when we picked the car up. Wouldn’t ever use John Hughers Services department ever again.
