We selected CPK over six other companies. We were confident about CPK upon our first contact which was at their showroom in Sth Dandenong with Robyn. We asked many questions and Robyn very patiently went through all the points we asked about and more. Giulio came to our home and took measurements, discussed the layout that we all eventually decided on and he went away with planning to be completed within the week. From this point on, we were very much at ease with our decision to go with CPK.
Their quote was more than satisfactory, they quoted all the trades required eg: Electrician, Plumber, Installer and Tiler as one quote. This was good for us because we did not have to consider ongoing costs from outside sources. The whole job was very well coordinated by CPK and the few changes we required were dealt with, with ease. Throughout the fit, all the tradesmen were punctual, obliging and very easy to get along with and nothing was a trouble to any of them. They were all first class. Further, every tradesman cleaned up after their work leaving our home like it was before they came in. (The Anzac bikkies and coffee/tea may have helped). Not that we are going to get a new kitchen in the foreseeable future, but if we were, we would be right on their doorstep. Many thanks to all the crew at CPK, we are genuinely very satisfied.
