Andy is a very unique practitioner in that in addition to having great experience and knowledge, his first priority is healing the client. This should be the case with every medical practitioner, but unfortunately is at odds with the business of being a service provider. He takes his time (most of my appointments are 1.5-2hrs, and charges about the same as anyone else, for example a previous practitioner who did 45min appointments), really listens to you, answers all your questions, doesn't push you into coming again/often or doing anything you are not comfortable with. He takes a genuine, warm interest in your whole physical and mental well being. Personally, to me one of the most important factors in getting TCM treatment is a relaxing experience, including easy location and parking and not feeling rushed, and Andy offers both of these.
