We had three posters we needed framed. The quality is excellent and although the date for completion was given as two weeks, they were ready in a few days and we received a phone call to this end. The nice and totally unexpected touch was a 15% discount given to us. There's not many businesses that offer a discount when you haven't asked for one. On picking the framed posters up we got to check the quality before they were wrapped well for us to bring home by bus. If/when we need anything framed in future we'll be going back to Almond Tree.

I placed my very first order with Planet Health recently. Ordered online on a Sunday and I had my products by Tues. Great going. Was able to track whereabouts my parcel was at any one time and the company also emailed me to tell me my order had left their premises. To top it off, Planet Health included a free gift. What a welcome to their site! Because of their prompt service and efficiency I will certainly shop here again. I had ordered the same products in a local Health Shop and although they did get them in for me (after a few weeks) they worked out more expensive than going direct to Planet Health. When I emailed Planet Health to thank them for great service they responded with an appreciative email.

When we bought our house three years ago we contacted Damien Barber, an agent in this company. Such a lovely guy, when I know most people don't think much of real estate agents. And in the past I've had dealings with those sort too. He picked us up and drove us around to view houses and when it came time to signing the contract, because we didn't own a car he came to us in Melb city. That might not sound much but believe me, it's a service we didn't expect, right on Christmas time when the traffic was a nightmare. At the time we hired a buyer's advocate and after he got in touch with Damien on our behalf, he said how professional and organised Damien was and it was a pleasure dealing with him. We think so too. We often see Damien in our wanderings around town and he always stops to chat. Highly recommend Damien Barber if you're looking to buy or sell.

I actually used the online order system. This business is fabulous. Very fast delivery, my order processed on a Sunday, delivered Tues and they included a $5 voucher off my next purchase. Now that's the way to encourage new business! The website mypetwarehouse.com.au is wonderfully easy to use and fast, better than other websites of varying businesses. Changed from a previous company because I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery which meant I had to be super organised and know when my cat was going to run out of food - and my pet warehouse's delivery is also cheaper for me. One little bugbear: when I registered an automatic email came to me and listed my password. This practise I find, not exactly disturbing, more that it shouldn't be done because as my son is always telling me - don't write anything in an email that you wouldn't write on a postcard. Apart from that, great service and I'll continue to use and recommend them.

Needed a new toilet installed. Was phoned day before he was due, then phd in the morning to say he was an hour away approx. Fast and efficient service by this firm's plumber. Cleaned up bathroom well and took the old toilet with him. Great! It is really appreciated when a tradesman arrives when he says he will. A firm that realises my time is as valuable as theirs! I offered the guy a cuppa afterwards and he said he didn't have time, but if I'd offered it while he was doing the installation, he would have had one. Well...removing and fitting a new loo is not usually the time when people like drinking tea. I will be more on the ball next time though.

This wonderful company offers customers not only great whitegoods adn small appliances but delivers free and even takes the old appliance away. A great way to get rid of unwanted goods that no longer work. My husband had just had major surgery and my washing machine gave up the ghost. I needed a new one urgently, before hubby was discharged from hospital. This firm will install washing machines if the old one is already disconnected. Well, no hope of me managing that! So I explained my situation on the phone and hey, these lovely business people were happy to help out. I recommend this company to all my friends and now to you on WOM. Whenever I need to buy any appliance I first check with Appliances Online. Happy to say products from them are filling my home. Wonderful wonderful business people. The old-fashioned service your grandma reminisces about!

Am not very computer savy unfortunately and strange things were going on with the Internet. Was told by our ISP it was to do with our computer, not the ISP. The young guy they sent out was fabulous. Friendly and efficient. Had the pc up and running in no time. Prompt professional service. Very reasonable charges.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Cattia, the Pharmacist is wonderful. Makes customers feel very special everytime.
Knows her customers by name. She phones to see how my husband is, knowing he's going through chemo at the moment. Relief pharmacists are also very nice.

Checking out Optometrists and walked into Eye Clarity and was greeted by very friendly staff. They left me to wander and check out frames and then were very helpful when I needed information. As it turned out I didn't need my glasses upgrading and there was no hard sell at all - which sometimes happens with some businesses. Felt very comfortable with reception and optometrist staff and recommend to everyone needing a new Optometrist. Taken into a private room for eye tests (have noticed some places this is done out in the open shop area). Then entire appointment was such a pleasant experience.

Never a fan of dentists, harking back to when I was young, but am glad I found Dr John. Recommended to me by my son who said Dr John was the only dentist to sort out his longstanding dental problems of sensitive teeth/grinding. Dr John lives up to all expectations. He's so kind and considerate to a nervous patient and I don't dread dental appts like in the past. He realises we all want things to be as pain-free as possible and works to that end. A nice, friendly health-professional and he's surrounded by friendly staff.
