First contact was with Alan,explained I was having trouble with my canvas awning,hoping it could be repaired, thought I might be told, forget it too old! or you need new ones. Don't worry I'll send someone round to have a look. Brad arrived sorted the problem minimum of fuss came back next day with the parts, job done! What astounded me was that it was a small job hardly worth their time really, but this is a company that has customer service finessed...Thanks guys especially Brad who I think went above and beyond. Can't you tell I'm a happy customer...
