Had a gorgeous night in the most comfy bed ever!! A late night fruit platter and club sandwich was delivered promptly, tasting rather beautiful... and then rising to a buffet breakfast in the Collins Kitchen was beautiful. Everything was fresh and devine.... not to mention the waffles :)

Firstly, can I just mention that I was not a huge fan of Mexican until I dined here. What a modern Mexican affair!! The soft shell crab taco and the marrow taco is just amazing!!
But the highlight of my night was the meat, well worth the $70

Oh what a night. The tasting menu was just gorgeous, 8 courses of bliss. Everything married so well together. My favorite course being the wagyu. My least favorite being the white chocolate souffle, which was very eggy.

I thought cumulus could have been a better experience. After all the hype I have heard I must admit, I was a little dissapointed. Keeping in mind, I only went for a semi light lunch, i was dissapointed with the tuna tartatre. I found that the tuna was too chunky and there was a fair amount of sinue in it too. However I adored the charcuterie selcetion plate.

One of my regular hot spots. I love the way the chefs use the ingredients here. One of my favourite dishes is the scallop with creamy tapioca...delish!!! I also love the desserts, I have never been disspointed with one at Coda.

Need I say more than the absolute best meal and dining experience of my life. The tasting menu is worth every cent of the $220. Starting with the gorgeous raw marron served with young almonds, marmalade, green mango and cammomile. Followed by a crab congee, then rock lobster with squid and tapioca. The confit pig was also superb as was the quail and wagyu. But my favourite was the famous snow egg...oh em gee!!!!
I reccomened if you are in the vecinity, you must go there for the dining experience of a lifetime.

Eden has to be my favorite Brunch destination. Whether it's delicious french toast, the amazing olive bread Benedict or just a naughty snickers milkshake, it's the way to go. The food is always beautiful and consistent. Everytime I have taken friends or family there, we have always enjoyed thoroughly! It's a must go
