Be careful if you value your car. All good unless something goes wrong as happened in my case. Two days after having had my car washed, I noticed water running down the inside of my rear window while raining. Closer investigation revealed my rear windscreen washer nozzle had been dislodged and the housing broken. I tried calling Sparkling Car Wash to let them know but their phone is disconnected. I had to wait until the weekend to get to visit them in person, but in the meantime I purchased a replacement washer and repaired it myself. When I visited them and I got passed around staff while looking for the manager. Finally spoke with someone (not even sure he wS the manager) and explained what happened and that I just wanted the $25 for cost of the part. Then had to wait 15 minutes while they discussed among themselves and I got the feeling they didnt believe me. I then got told I should have come back earlier to which I said I had tried calling but the phone was disconnected. After a further wait, then got told they didnt know what happened and could only offer me $15. Told them to keep their money but they have lost our regular business. I also had an issue with the clear coat being badly scratched by what looked like using dirty sponge/cloths, but didnt even bother going any further and wasting my time. Think about what would happen if there was serious damage to the car or paintwork while in their care - I doubt they would accept any responsibility. Good luck trying to pursue a business that doesnt even have a phone number! If you value your car then suggest you go elsewhere.

Approximate cost: $45
