I recently had a really bad experience with vet, Dr Amrit who was very rude. I asked for a prescription for two medicines for my dog. He made a mistake and wrote three instead. When I claimed the mistake, he rolled his eyes showing disappointment as if it was my mistake.
I found this extremely disrespectful.
Nevertheless, luckily Dr Ben is the best doctor I had ever met. He really cares not only about our pets but also us as the owners, showing a full understanding for every situation. In addition, the nurses are very kind and friendly.
It is rather disappointing that Dr Amrit does not match the high standard of the rest of people working in this hospital.
I highly recommend this hospital regardless my poor experience with Dr Amrit. Just try to avoid him.
