David was very helpful and honest in giving advise and it was obvious that his reputation and integrity is paramount in what he does. No shortcuts, neat work, leaves nothing unturned and leaves no trace with everything cleaned out before he goes. While up on the roof, he took it upon himself to check the tiles and replaced/fixed a few. His approach to safety is impeccable which is very important. His style and the way he communicates to customers is very courteous and polite. The entire experience portrays a level of professionalism from Dave that is not often seen these days.
