Unquestionably the best butchers in the Macarthur area. Well priced - but the meat is particularly tender, tasty and consistent. We've used these guys for years - and I always know when my wife has bought meat from another butcher - as it never tastes as good. We buy a whole side of beef now for only $4.99kg. Great value.
