John’s course is laid out very systematically and is very detailed and easy to understand. John’s passion for property investing driven by data is clearly evident right throughout the course which gives you the confidence of purchasing an investment purchase without having to rely on a buyers agent.
John has also introduced the concept of paying off my home loan fast via his mortgage restructuring loan techniques which I hadn’t ever heard of before!
