I had Andy build me a computer for my small home based business about a month ago, not being one to write reviews I decided to wait a while to test his after sales service with a few minor issues I was expecting to come across, as I encountered them he was logged in with in minutes even though these issues had nothing to do with him (Private email server issues) He was far more competitive than the big name brands and has a fantastic ability to be genuine, a trait falling by the way side now-a-days. Andy puts 100% in to everything he will do for you, understanding you are dealing with the owner, not some kid who isn't interested in listening to your problems and coming up with solutions that are tailored to your needs. Really happy to see my money kept local, really happy with my computer and I am really impressed by Andy's Genuine no Bull S*#T after sale service.
