I was very nervous but Paola was very reassuring. After going there a number of times I can't speak highly enough of the hair removal system. Even though the action is the same as waxing the result is fantastic as it doesn't hurt the skin. If I had wax on my lip it would take the skin off but not with the sugar based gel Paola uses. My hair on my face is becoming thinner and more sparse. I have my face, underarms, forearms, legs and bikini line done. I no longer have to cover my arms!! thank you paola
