Absolutely wonferdul and the care they provide for my very timid and frightened cat was spot on. This was Archie and Bella's first visit away from home since I adopted them and the staff went well beyond to help them cope with the seperation. Unfortunately Archie reacted by refusing to drink and the staff wisely contacted me on Sunday to inform me of this. I was able to get back to Sydney in time to collect them both on Sunday. If the staff hadnt called me Archie could have ended up with urinary problems. I was just so impressed. Will try again in a few weeks the kids will get use to their stay overs.
