We were assisted by Robyn who was at all times available to listen and advise. We felt supported in our choices. Everything we asked for happened and all meetings took place on time.
At our viewing Robyn was respectful and caring. Robyn respected our sorrow but was not falsely maudlin. This was the second time in 5 months we had need of assistance from Australian Pensioners Funeral and the assistance was equally sensitive and compassionate on both occasions. This has not always been my experience with other funeral directors and so I would like to particularly thank Robyn.
