We were really impressed with the pre-sales customer service offered by Esperance. They listened to what we were after and provided helpful advice. We were pleased to find a builder that worked with sloping blocks and which allowed us to customise their base plans.

Throughout the planning stage, the process continued to be efficient and the communication was professional. We did have an issue with the addition of a significant extra site cost for changes to retaining walls late in the process. One of the reasons we selected Esperance was due to their fixed site costs upfront to avoid unwanted surprises.
