14 January 2011 came and went as dress was incorrect size. We to collect dress 31 January, 2012, only to find dress hadn't been altered and hat was different style to dress. This was totally disgusting with only 4 days before the event. Full refund requested on the spot. Found alternative reputable supplier within 15 minutes that was very supportive and understanding of what we had experienced.

Being involved in the building and construction industry practically all my life, we have dealt with a vast amount of cabinet makers. When it came to building our new house, we sought quotations from a few of the major players, and through word of mouth, we were introduced to Elyse.
