You destroyed my friends hair and destroyed mental health. This was her first hair cut in over 4 years. She kept her hair long for Gran as it was one of the few things that made her smile while undergoing cancer treatment. Her Gran passed away this year and getting this cut was meant to be a freeing moment to help her process her grief. She trusted you and you destroyed her hair to the point you can't run a comb through it. She was crying and having an anxiety attack but all you did was take photos. If you couldn't do the colour why didn't you just say so at the beginning? She was sitting there for over 5 hours and you didn't say anything. Why didn't you call it quits when you saw it was starting to turn? There were three "hair dressers" doing her hair, how did you miss that it was going wrong? This was a disaster from start to end.
