• Peter and I are buying our first house and overall it has been very exciting, overwhelming, frustrating and scary all at once, but Ashleigh at the Redlands Office has been amazing throughout the whole process!

She was there to show us through the house, she patiently explained each step of the process and what it all meant as we signed the contract and she worked late into the evening to get our offer and acceptance sorted with the sellers. Ashleigh then helped us liaise with the sellers whilst our finance was being finalised which was extremely helpful as it was a very drawn out process with the bank. And the true highlight so far for us - meeting us the day after we went unconditional to put up the SOLD signs, even letting Peter do it which he loved, and then taking photos for us as keepsakes for this milestone in our lives.

From our experience with real estate agents whilst renting we know that Ashleigh is a true gem - she didn't just sell us a house, she sold us the right house for us and didn't treat us like 'just another sale' - she acknowledged what a big deal this was for us and for that we are truly appreciative.
