I find dealing with Emilio is very easy. He always explaines the work that needs to be done and shows me what he has done. Emilio really helped me out when I got stuffed around by another mechanic.
Every time I get my car back from him weather it be a major service/repair or something simple, my car runs really smooth and I can feel a big difference in the running of it.
As a female and not knowing much about cars I feel I can trust Emilio to do the job fairly and honestly.
