When I called to ask the receptionist, Toni, for a medical certificate from the doctor as I was left hysterical, I overheard her say "THIS IS HER!" to her colleague. When I told the Toni that I heard what she said and that I was very offended. She yelled at me accussing me of abusing her. I asked her to please just request my medical certificate, she hung up on me. Absolutely appauled by not only the clinical staff at Phoenix Medical Centre, but by the infamous receptionist Toni. Unbelievable.
