Breakfast on a Sunday morning ? Don't bother !!! Flat white coffee came in shot-sized cups. Our "raisin toast" order was the smallest slice I've ever seen ......... and YES, it was ONE slice only !!!

Party of 8 and we were initially crammed around 2 small tables, although staff were willing to add another table so that we had elbow room. One mains meal was barely lukewarm, rice was average, and while the Drunken Prawns were sizzling, there wasn't much "zing" in any of the dishes.

After a bad dining experience here just over 12 months ago we decided to try again. Saturday lunch and there were more staff than customers, but still had to wait to be served. The quality of the food is the only thing which has improved. Size of meals were inadequate considering the price and what was ordered. No bread or rolls were offered. The staff were more interested in their private conversations than serving.

For a nice quiet meal this is the place to go. Nothing flash or fancy but the food was hot, plentiful and tasty. The schnitzel was delicious; my mum's garlic prawns were yummy and my step-dad thoroughly enjoyed his garfish. Salad bar was FRESH and a good variety.

Had NZ Hake. Quite disappointing. Fish was virtually tasteless,
had to wait quite sometime for our meal. Also ordered Garlic & Herb Turkish bread. The bread was lovely except I believe they forgot the garlic and herbs.

Booking in was quick. Staff very efficient and polite. Room was comfy. Only negative is that there was 1 pillow ~ but that's a personal preference. Very close to the MCG (about 3 mins walk) and Rod Laver Arena (about 7 mins walk).

A birthday party celebration of 12. ALL meals were served together and the waitress was very attentive. They "stored" the birthday cake, added sparklers and presented on a platter covered in sugar / cocoa which looked spectacular. VERY generous sized serves for a good price and the meals were tasty.

A group of 13 for a Saturday lunch at Mybar. Apart from having to wait a bit longer than expected, the meal arrived HOT, with REAL chips. Schnitzel was a good size, salad a bit light on, but overall a decent feed at a reasonable price.

Broken nail 3 days before Xmas ...........aarrggghhhhh !!! Got an appointment the next afternoon. The nail technician was very warm & friendly. Complimented me on my nail polish and even though it was only a build-up, I was treated as if I was spending heaps in the salon. After spending the previous week in hospital, it was great to be made to feel special and pampered.

Party of 8 and we had a great time. The food was PLENTIFUL, hot and swapping basics for a meal wasn't too much trouble at all for them. Also, it tasted great!!! Service was a bit slow in the drinks department, but they were very busy. For those drinking water, there was plenty available and it was COLD. Recommended for a good night out.
