I love this place!!! Great authentic Malaysian food at a really affordable price. they even have authentic malaysian drinks too. It's cash only but there's an atm right across the street.

cheap and cheerful but you should definately try it!

Great little place that serves delicious food! The only pity is that the two times I've been they've sold out of their vegetarian dumplings - they must be popular! The food is so good though that it's just made me determined to get those vegetarian dumplings!!
Highly reccommended!

Great experience! The place was very busy so be sure to get there early if you want a table.

We ordered churros and a dipping sauce. Churros were delicious - the dipping sauce was a bit runny and so we ended up making a bit of a mess.

Hot chocolates in a variety of flavours - very tasty but not very hot.

Great experience all round though! Delicious!

I'd heard a lot about Pearl's Diner. Burgers from the people behind the Burger Theory food truck and waffles from the people behind La Waffle.

It was very very busy. Get there early if you want to get a table.

I dont eat meat but my friends said the burgers weren't anything to rave about. "like a fish and chip shop burger" was how my friend described it. They both said it wouldn't be worth going back.

I had a serve of fries (expensive - $5 for a little bowl of fries that was only half full) and had a waffle too. The waffle was okay - not the best I've had, a little stodgy and to be honest, for a place that's meant to specialise in waffles I expected better.

We probably wont be back. Not because it was bad but because there are plenty of other places to go to try and it wasn't good enough to warrant going back again.

great little business with mouthwatering macarons. the colours are incredible and you could have a whole rainbow of macarons. They also sell ice creams and macaron based desserts (like a lemon and lime tart that comes with a complimentary macaron)

Great experience. Food was fantastic but a little on the pricey side. Meat was lovely - very well cooked and melted in your mouth. Pizzas were decent size - enough to feed two or take some home for lunch for the next day (love that they let you doggy bag it too!). Gnocchi was light and fluffy though sauce very rich.

You will not go hungry here - the food is marvellous and the staff were fantastic!

Great little place that is very popular with the Friday night drinks crowd.
Drinks are slightly more than normal however many would happily pay for this for the atmosphere. Crowd is more sophisticated than many bars around Adelaide - great for a casual drink without having to contend with drunken louts!

I wish they had a bit more food though - or at least provided some options for vegetarians other than chips and cheese! Tapas has so much potential for non-meat eaters!

Overall a great experience even though slightly over-priced.

Slight disclaimer in that I went to Urban Bistro using the Festival of Food deal. It was great! The deal gave a entree and dessert tasting plate per person and allowed you to choose a main from the menu up to a certain value. If you want something a bit more expensive, you can pay the difference. The deal also allows you to get any sides or regular desserts for only $10 each. If you can get your hands on the voucher - I would definitely do this!
The food was great. staff were very friendly and attentive and very happy to please.
atmosphere was sophisticated but still relaxed. Not too intimidating but not a place I would expect to have children running around either.

Overall a great experience.

Great dining experience! Very nice feeling to the restaurant but staff are friendly and down to earth so you dont feel intimidated or pretentious.
Food is delicious and the dessert menu looks amazing. I cant wait to go back and try some of the desserts.
