Our son turned 21 and wanted a spit roast luncheon in our backyard with friends and family. I googled spit roast and was extremely lucky to find Silver Spit Roast. I contacted Nicholas and he organised for us to have roast lamb and roast pork as well as six extraordinary salads, bread, garlic bread and potatoes with all the condiments. Barry turned up wearing a smart jumper and pants to start cooking. Anton turned up later to help serve wearing the same outfit. This was later swapped for full chef attire. It was very impressive. The food was delicious and our guests kept asking me for the recipes as they thought I had prepared the salads. The coleslaw tasted like it was homemade. Sometimes this salad can be very disappointing, but this was fantastic. Everything was very professionally prepared and served. I can thoroughly recommend this company for any function. I have already passed on their name to some of our guests as they are interested in using Silver Spit Raosts for weddings and other functions. Thank you Nicholas, Barry and Anton for making our son's 21st so wonderful.
