I ordered some business cards and paid for a 2 week delivery but was offered an express delivery for a more expensive price. The cards arrived within 48 hours...hmmmm is the extra amount for express delivery just going into their pockets ??

Sunday night and they weren't very busy but we had to ask them to clear the table after we had finished our meal, even then they left bottles and unused glasses, they were still on the table when we left. They got 2 drink orders incorrect. The staff were all too busy standing around chatting to each other to pay attention to their customers! Food was ok!

If your looking for a cheap but educational afternoon's entertainment for the kids head here What a gem so to speak, you could spend hours touching and looking at the myriad of crystals and precious stones that they have on display. A warm wood stove kept customers warm !We will go back another day.

Not too bad, room was small, express checkout didn't work, location excellent, breakfast very average!!

Food ok, service was dubious, we were crammed onto a small table despite the restaurant being about 10% capacity.

A refreshing change to Coles and Woolies with a wonderful selection of fish, cheeses etc and when I had left a bag of groceries there it was there for me to collect the next day!

This used to be a great restaurant with an imaginative modern menu. Now its back to standard "pub fare" I was a bit dissapointed last time I ate there, food was good but not memorable.

Very helpful staff despite how busy they were, they suggested some nice wines and made me feel good about my choice

After owning a Sunbeam stickmixer for less than 6 months it burnt out. Due to Big W retaining my receipt regarding another purchase I had no receipt to return the goods so I emailed Sunbeam to explain. They replied and said they would replace the damaged parts as a gesture of good faith. I disposed of the damaged parts pending replacement but when the replacements arrived they had only sent 1 part not 2! When I complained they said I should return the damaged parts with the recipt to the place of purchase, neither of which I have because I relied on their gesture of goodwill. P'd off to say the least!!

When we got our order home we were short one flake, chips weren't good and the flake was so stiff you could plank on it! Used to be good but not anymore, we won't go back.
