While we did not use their products or servicing we did how ever have very constructive & informative advice with Vaughan on whether to upgrade our current system.
His advice we hope will make our current system more efficient.
We appreciated his honesty in not trying to sell us something we did not need.
While we cannot comment on product we can on customer service. Unlike another company who even though we had had dealings with could not do us the courtesy in returning our call..wish i could name & shame.
So thank you Vaughan will not hesitate to contact you if we should require any air conditioning services in the future
