My mother was moving from the family home on the Central Coast to a retirement village in Sydney. The initial consultation with Darren was excellent and he was very helpful to my mother.
We packed but the team on the day did everything else including packing some much loved paintings. They were cheerful and respectful right from the start, formally introducing themselves with names and a handshake when they first arrived. Afterwards we were impressed that the used boxes were collected two days later as soon as we let the office know they were ready to be picked up.
