As someone who has spent several decades either hating or avoiding the dentist's chair, I can honestly say that Dr Castro and her team work tirelessly and with much TLC, passion and compassion to provide the very best of everything a dental experience should be. From dental nurses who ask what music you'd like, supply you with head and neck supports and always go the extra mile to make you comfortable in the chair to Sandy, the administration manager who makes you feel like you're truly part of a family. I have found Dr Castro's service as technologically up to date as any other in Melbourne, her prices are certainly well within the reasonable range (others will charge you more and offer you less) but ultimately it's the sense that I am more than just another customer that keeps me coming back, it's the feeling of being important. I even know the names and life stories of most of Dr Castro's fish! Do yourself a very big favour, take an hour or so out of your day and have a consultation... You won't regret it!

I've had Zenaidy as my dentist (albeit that I am a very reluctant patient) for a couple of years now. She has always treated me well, her treatment is excellent, and her prices are well within the limits of reasonable (and believe me, I've asked around!) You get good quality dentistry for a good quality price (remembering that if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys). My only grizzle is that her hours are limited - she doesn't normally start til 1000am and after hours appointments are difficult for her. But then, given that she is a one-woman practice, perhaps this is understandable. If she had earlier/later hours, and the occasional Saturday clinic, I would have rated her 5 stars on everything!

Paul, the owner of this business is a warm, personal and friendly man - who does a lot of little things for nothing and NEVER makes you feel like a dunce for NOT knowing how cars work! The service is excellent, he offers you a replacement vehicle whenever he has one available, which is a big plus - AND although he specialises in European vehicles, he's prepared to work on Japanese cars (and does just as good a job!!!) You could do a lot worse than use him for your mechanical repair needs, if you're in the area.

Another very satisfied customer of the Northside Clinic - also a Dr Thai Lim supporter! He's a great GP who's warm, friendly, available, listens and acts like the old family GP used to (within todays busy business limitations) - i.e. warm, friendly, available, listens etc!!! If you're unhappy with your current medical practitioner, there are worse things you could do than become a Northside client!
