Shantiji's yoga studio is a spirtual haven for me. I have been attending Yoga classes there over the past few months and my life has been considerably enhanced by the warmth of welcome and the people who work and attend there, the ambience of the studio and the wisdom, knowledge, depth, patience and kindness of Shantiji and of course the incredibly, scrummy, 'good for you food' that is always available.
