At first I was hestitant with a remote support session because i was scammed and I didn't trust people after this experience. After Robert sent me the reviews i felt that I could trust him to access my machine. Not only did he assure me and make sure the latest virues were removed, he explained it in a way to give me confidence and undestanding of the latest virus concerns. He saw that my hard drive was starting to slowly degrade in performance and he also offered to backup my files for free as well. He gave me lots of advice, about buying products directly from companies to avoid any markup.
