I would strongly recommend this business to anyone. The service advice from Sue was excellent. She solved a problem with our air conditioner over the phone. I had been waiting for several other businesses to return my calls (not as-yet forthcoming), but Sue asked several questions and gave us a detailed description of how to fix the likely problem - and it worked. We have been saved a lot of time and money, and I will put EGS to the top of our list when considering solar hot water in the future.
