Impromptu visit to meet two friends, thought I would just have a starter only, my friend had already told the waitress that I was only having a drink before I arrived. She was told that I had to eat. So the fact that I ordered a starter I had complied. When my friends main meal arrived I was told that I had to order a substantial meal! This was not told to me at the time of placing our full order.
I then spoke to the Manager who told me that I had to order garlic prawns(starter) or a pasta! I explained that this should have been told to ME at the time of ordering. Staff very nonchalant, told them that they had ruined the night with the attitude and lack of explanation.
To top it all, my bruschetta was served on my friends plate which meant I then had to eat it from the small bread roll plate. When told, the Manager said that my friend could have eaten from the bread roll plate instead of me!! As if that made the situation better.
Would never return or recommend!
Shame as was looking forward to a new experience.
