Our weekend away in Shepparton had only one goal - a good Devonshire Tea. Unexpectedly we found this fantastic little cafe nestled right next door to the Ardmona SPC outlet. We "hit pay dirt". Not only does Mimmo serve scones - he is the First Prize Winner for scones at the Shepparton Show for 2013!! Together with our friends we indulged in scrambled eggs, fetta and spinach quiche, quiche Lorraine, a pot of refreshing tea and coffees - then came 4 wonderful huge fluffy scones, strawberry jam and lashings of freshly whipped cream (just ask for more jam and cream as needed.) We will be back for more while we are here.
