I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality meal in a casual but classy environment. The menu is pretty diverse, if you like seafood it caters well. A must try is the Thai Pork Salad! Attention to detail is fantastic, everything from the balsamic reduction to the sugar cubes they use in the coffee. Great dining!

Perhaps a little due to the current financial crisis Mornington BMW did a superb deal on a newish 325i MSport. Marko really went out of his way to get the deal across the line and even gave my partner flowers and clothing on delivery. I was shopping for over two months and couldn't get a deal like this anywhere (including wholesale). They even drove the car down to the city for me to look at it!
Approximate cost: $60,000
Great place to take the kids and even enjoy a treat with your partner. Really creative concept for what is normally pretty standard. Try peppermint ice-cream with bounty... its a winner!

Is there such thing as a bargain? At Grays it would appear so but when you scratch the surface your tend to get what you pay for.
Grays is predominantly a factory seconds auctioneer so take caution when bidding. Most items will have some sort of problem/fault, I would recommend going down to the live auctions to look at what you are buying.
I have been going to the Melbourne supper club for years now. It used to be a wine and cigar bar but since the change in legislation its now wine and short eats only. They have a deck on the roof for cigars if you just gotta have one.
Great range of wine, I love the decor but its not for everyone. Can be a little pricey.

I have been using this place for all my cycling gear for a few years. I have never bought a bike from there but for servicing, shoes, lights and knick knacks you cant go wrong. Service is great, they give good advice and the price on most of there product (including bikes) is very very competitive.
We regularly walk down to Shiva for a butter chicken and range of breads. The staff are great and the food is really tasty. Make sure you try the tamarind chutney and the keema naan. I think they do most of there business take away and delivery, so if you cant be bothered cooking call them.
Approximate cost: $15-$20
Great local eatery! Always busy which is a testament to the great value and good food. Salted squid is definitely worth a try as is the rare beef. If you live local, walk there, parking on chapel st is not great fun.

I try and get to squires loft at least once a month for some scotch fillet therapy. Every meal I get there is as good as the last! The sauces are great if you are not a fan of the minimalist approach of just meat and mustard.
Given the great food and the relatively small dining area it is hard to get a table if you are being spontaneous, so book ahead. They have franchised the name and menu but beware the others aren't as good. If you cant get a booking at Squire in Toorak you can try The Grill Room, the best of the copies.
