Always check vehicles before bidding !!

Most of the vehicles are in the auctions for a reason, and the main reason is they have major issues! From Engines to gearboxes and transmissions, un-disclosed flood or accident damage, and not always has a proper check been done of the vehicles, and even to the point I have seen a vehicle listed, with all of some other vehicles details, instead of the actual vehicle in the photos. Buyer beware..

Lack lustre customer service i have 5 order awaiting delivery

Lack Lustre Customer Service I have 5 order awaiting delivery
I have 5 order awaiting delivery, the first 2 puirchases are well over due Aust Post states delayed? Tried to communicate with Graysonline Customer Service they said they would ger back to me in 1-2 business days they didn't. Tried to contact Chris Corbin CEO of Graysonline, his email bounced back stating his in-tray was full? Either he is incompetent, or avoid customer contact owing to the shabby company he is CEO for.
I now get replies from Customer Services stating your file has been updated? I need answers not excuses. They are doing nothing to fix the problem, even though they debited the Money over a week ago?
I have been with Graysonline for over 20 years and have found their lack of support disgraceful

Do not trust them. Sold vehicle unregistered. But was still registered in the previous owners name. Therefore it was useless to me as I could not change the registration into my name customer service is terrible. No one was able to even understand what I was talking about let alone fix it. No resolution was ever found. I just had to wait until the registration ran out from the previous owner before I could use the vehicle.

Grays.com misrepresented some wine I purchased from them back in January of this year. I contacted them and pointed out that the wine they had shipped was the cheaper variety of the same label but from a completely different state. the wine they listed, and I thought I was buying, was a much superior wine that typically sold for at least $5-6/bottle more. I chose to invoke their return policy and what ensued was the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing, they sent incorrect product and yet expected me to do all the leg work to return the items. I won’t go into detail but suffice to say, I only received a full refund in April of this year after finally resorting to lodging a dispute with PayPal. Their ‘customer service’ appeared to go out of their way to stretch everything out, offering excuses and even suggesting returned goods which had been damaged in transit by their chosen courier service was in some way going to impact my refund. I even as a last ditch attempt, placed an escalation call to their H/O requesting a call back from a manager but achieved no response, even to this day. Do not be lured into thinking there is a good deal to be had here, just look at the shipping charges for wine, for me it is $16 per case with no volume breaks. If I could delete my account I certainly would, I will NEVER deal with Grays.com again.

I bought a car for $6.754. Undisclosed damages amount to over $10.000 including diff and gearbox. It's way beyond the market value. RAA inspecting can not detect these damages when driving around the yard at only 5km/hr. It's a serious joke. I went through all legal avenues and found that them and the seller are protected by the privacy act. You can't take them to court. They will give me $500 for it. My loss.

Grays is bias towards the seller only.
Even when grays make a mistake they will NOT help you.

Do not use grays, use a genuine company such as Pickles or manheim in Australia...

Sad but they have done this themselves.

I purchased a "family car" for myself and kids, couldn't view in person due to covid border restrictions, trusted Grays listing and details, paid for the vehicle had it towed here to find out its useless to me. Contacted Grays about this surely being a mix up and was told it was my fault for not properly expecting it before purchase and only using their photos and sales description.
Did offer for me to use their service to resell the vehicle!

Never will I be back - ever.

Bought Ford ranger from grays online on 30/09 /21
Was very happy paid $22k Went with grays information they saying side mirror broken and poor seats apart from that it’s drivable. as we are in lockdown can’t do physical inspection of the car.
Placed my bid on the information they provided.

Took the car for RWC drove 5 km car doesn’t go over 60km mention that to the mechanic. He got back to me saying car needs new engine transmission gear box almost everything in the engine need to replace.

Contacted grays they said they can only put the car back on auction sale it to else like that.
Big company grays knows everything but put the on auction even it’s not in condition to drive.

Please don’t get conned my grays online

Approximate cost: $1
