I had a new Merlin automatic garage door opener installed after my old Gliderol opener gave up after only 7 years. Troy, the installer, was very professional. He was very well informed, arrived at the appointed time and did a great job. He cleaned up after the work was complete. All in all I was very happy with the whole process.

I often order pet products on-line from Vet-n-Pet Direct. Their prices, while not the cheapest I have found, are very competitive and their delivery turnaround is amazing - usually around 48 hours. If you sign up for their email newsletter you also get great little discounts and incentives like 5% off or free postage. Definitely worth trying!

This pet friendly resort is great. We stayed in a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with a fenced courtyard at the front where we could wash the sand off our pooches before coming inside. The location across the road from the beach was sensational and it was just a 100m walk south to a dog off leash beach. The accommodation is a little pricey but so lovely to find a resort of this standard so close to the beach which will accept small dogs!

I contacted Acer Services to repair my home air conditioner. They arrived on time, identified the problem and then spoke to me about what needed to be done. Once I was clear on the repair and agreed to the fee they completed the repair and the unit has run perfectly ever since. These guys are good value, friendly, prompt, honest and efficient.

I have used this business a number of times to groom my two Maltese/ShihTzu cross dogs. The groomers are very experienced and always ask what sort of cut I want before starting. The only thing that I didn't like too much was that you had to drop your pets off early and then pick them up later in the day rather than just taking them in for a set appointment time. Prices are a little high but the quality of the grooming is very good.

I regularly take the blades from my dog grooming clippers to Super Sharp to be sharpened. The owner works from his home and is very good with a quick turnaround and at about $11 per blade, very reasonable prices.

This vet is great because of the extended hours and the very caring vets and support staff. When my little dog had a tick that we could not remove on her face we found the Woolloongabba Vets were one of the few open at 8:00pm. They removed the tick at no charge and were so sympathetic. Just lovely. Have been going to them ever since.

This vet surgery is great. They really care about animals and have a great range of the cheapest flea treatments I have found anywhere (also available online at pricelesspets.com.au). They also have a variety of dry dog food which my fussy dogs just love and great vegemite flavoured treats. Check them out!
