Sam and his team were both skilful and awesome to work with. We had our bathroom totally re-made, including the demolition. We were trying to be simple and cheap, which was all we had. Sam kept us up to date throughout the whole project and answered all the questions we had. He was very polite, very much appreciated. We are very pleased with the result in aesthetics and efficiency of work and fixtures. I would highly advocate Unified Trade Ties and, if possible, use them again in the future.
