I have been to Catalano's Cafe a couple of times with some friends. I like their variety of pastas and the servings are very generous - it's nearly impossible to finish! Highly recommend sharing especially if you are a small eater. It is a popular Italian restaurant but I feel the food is a little bland and lacking in flavour sometimes - could just be the chef that day though.

Had a wonderful lunch dining experience at the Red Herring when a friend brought me here on my birthday. The seafood was fresh and wonderfully prepared, and the main course was delicious. Being a huge dessert person, I was delighted by their dessert platter which includes different selections of desserts (it was wonderful!). The restaurant is situated on the river and it was a lovely venue to enjoy lunch. The Red Herring is a great place to come for special occasions, particularly if you like seafood.

Love Ararat Kebabs - it's a favourite food joint for UWA students. The food is consistently delicious and the kebabs are generously packed with yummy and fresh ingredients. The pide is fantastic (chicken and feta is a must-try) and best eaten when it is piping hot. The shop gets quite busy during lunch time especially while the uni semester is on, so try and avoid those busy times. But the food definitely hits the spot and is worth a try if you're around the area.

Been to Hong Lin Chinese Restaurant a few times now and the food is always delicious. The menu is quite extensive and has a lot of variety (honey black pepper spare ribs is one of my favourites!). The portions are generous and great for sharing, and the staff are friendly. The place is not flashy, but it's worth checking out if you are after good Chinese food.

Moon Cafe is a great late night hang out spot. It has a nice chill vibe, perfect for catching up with friends over drinks and light snacks and talking late into the night. They have a decent selection of food and drink, and always seem to have a good crowd. The bowl of chips is quite deceptive - it never seems to end! I've never been here when there's been live music but am keen to check it out. Definitely recommend Moon Cafe as a good place to hang out with friends at night.

Ciao Italia is definitely my favourite Italian restaurant in Perth. I've been here on many different occasions and it is always packed with a long line of people waiting outside (be there at 5.30pm with your dinner party to avoid a long wait!). The food is consistently tasty (love the carbonara) and portions are generous. The tiramisu is amazing and is a must-try even if you're stuffed after the mains! The staff are friendly and witty, making it a fun dining experience. They are big on birthdays so you are in for a treat if it's your birthday :) It is a very busy restaurant and can be quite cramped at times, so it might not appeal to some people. But I highly recommend this to anyone after good Italian food and a lovely dining experience!

Been to The Left Bank a couple of times with friends and it's always been a great dining experience. It is located by the river and has a wonderful vibe any time of the day. Love dining outdoors for a casual, laid back meal. The restaurant is also lovely and all the wait staff are pleasant. Food is delicious especially their seafood platters. For a fantastic dining experience by the river, this is the place to come :)

I brought my cat here on several occasions for vaccinations - she was treated with so much love by the vet and staff! They were gentle, helpful and so knowledgeable. It made a visit to the vet less traumatizing for my cat. Highly recommended!

I've brought my cat to Atwell Aubin Grove Vet on several occasions over the last year and each visit has been a wonderful experience. Dr Raj and the staff love animals, which shows in the way they treat my pet. Making enquiries and appointments is convenient and fuss-free, and the staff are always helpful. When I brought my cat in for desexing, they even sent me a text supposedly from my cat with an update on how she's doing and when to pick her up! Such thoughtfulness goes a long way. I highly recommend Atwell Aubin Grove Vet and will be using their services when needed in the future.

Aristocrat Cattery was a great experience for me and my cat. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are helpful and thoughtful, and they looked after my cat well. This was the first time we were putting our cat in a cattery, and the staff made sure to look out for her more and ensure she was settling in well. They also gave us an update on how she was doing when we emailed. It was good value for $11 a night. I highly recommend Aristocrat Cattery and will definitely be bringing my cat back here again.
