First visit to this online store to spend $30 gift vouchers. Found the site easy to navigate and find categories and items from the menus but the search function was to general and needed to have more options to narrow the results when needed. An extremely large range of items for sale basically something and a bit more for all tastes. Prices for some items were to expensive but on most common items, such as music, DVD etc prices were good.At the time of my purchase shipping was offered free which was a nice bonus. Easy to follow checkout process and multiple payment options available. My order was sent in two separate deliveries at no extra charge due to some of the items not being in stock, which I didn't expect them to do but thought it was excellent customer service.

Like most Bunnings stores absolutely huge no fuss store layout with practically everything hardware or gardening available. This occasion only needed to pickup mower blades and some masonry bolts and both were easily found due to the prominent viewable aisle and shelf signage that basically leads you to the correct section. Prices are generally good and a advertised price matching guarantee is offered. On previous visits staff assistance and product knowledge has been excellent. Checkout service was quick, friendly and professional.

New, recently opened supermarket. Large well laid out store area selling a range and quantity of items comparable to larger chains. good selection of fresh furits, vegetables, meats and a good Deli selection. Prices are slightly higher than other stores such as Coles or Woolies but always has a large number of catalogue and in-store specials that compete and beat the large chain stores. Service has been good, but on occasion not as professional as could be put down mainly to one or two of the checkout employees being very, very young and lacking some needed experience.

Had $100 Rebel voucher to spend and needed a new pair of runners. Went to the store twice, once to check out their range and again to make a purchase. Store is very open and laid out and has a large range. Plenty of staff around on both visits offering assistance. When selecting and purchasing shoes had great help from an assistant who even made sure I got my price match discount at checkout.
