I would not recommend these framers, their service is terrible. I took prints to be framed and was told to leave them there and that the guy who supplied the quotes would call me the same day. He did not call so I phoned the next day to ask for the quote and was told they would call me back. They did not call back. I phoned again the following day, still the same response. Five days after my initial visit I called them again - I needed a quote to see if it was going to be within my budget otherwise I would have to go elsewhere. This time they finally gave me a quote but contradicted themselves with pricing saying they could do what I wanted at an affordable price within my budget but then retracted the offer a few minutes later. After discussing it further they refused to do it at the price they originally quoted. By that stage they had lost me, I no longer believed them or trusted them to do the job. The whole process was a complete waste of my time. I was pushed to the side and given the run around. They apologized but when I asked why they didn’t just tell me originally that it would take several days to supply a quote they just kept throwing excuses about being busy, that they had no time and that the guy who does the quotes had to pick the kids up from school! Really???!!! I’ve worked in retail for 25 years, no matter how busy you are your customer is your business, they are your number one priority, you don’t put them second. They had absolutely no regard for me as the customer they were more worried about themselves. Really really poor service. Won’t be going there again. Budget framers = very bad service.
