The process was done in great style 2 weeks from enquiry, to call out and quote and advice on my best options, the contractors who dismantled my existing unit arrived early and John was straight away into it, very professional group who returned 3 days later to install the Daikin unit,along with other tradespeople to complete the job and left the site very clean . I went with Climat because of the great reviews and I am glad I did and with my airtouch 2+ controller it is the best remote controller via phone to keep me warm - install was 8/22 David Jones
