Purchased two chairs online , the colour isn’t white what I ordered, they also have polished gold
Legs ! I offered to take them back to the Port Macquarie store, which is almost an hour and half away from where they were delivered , but was told no they have to go back to Brisbane .
They have stated is will be $355 to send back to Brisbane
The chairs cost $498 so they want to give me a refund of $498 minus $355 which is $143.00 !!!!
They have deliveries from Brisbane to Port Macquarie so I have no idea why I can’t drop them off at PM?
There is no way A Mart paid $355 for these chairs to be delivered in the first instance, if they did they would go broke !
Therefore my case is with the Dept Of Fair Trading .
I would not recommend this
Company to anyone , if there is an issue with what ever you purchase , Good Luck !
