This seems a well made hoist. However the service received after purchasing was well below good stranded. We had trouble getting the hoist to work and found that Harry the wa salesman very unhelpful. He told me that if we lived on the city he would help but couldn’t offer anything Eventually with the help of an electrician (at our expense) we managed to overcome the problem. The cause was incorrect factory wiring which seems to be common to the control boxes
