I purchased a 3kg bag of cat dry food. It took them 2 days to email me and let me know that they are actually out of stock of the 3kg bag but they can send me 1.5kg bags instead. I replied and asked to be sent 2x 1.5kg bags to make up for the 3kg bag that they had already taken my money for. They stated that they can do that but they would send me an invoice to pay extra to cover the cost of the 2x 1.5kg bags instead!!! I couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t just send me the total product weight that I already paid for as a gesture of goodwill seeing as they already inconvenienced me by allowing me to purchase an out of stock item. Won’t be ordering from this website again.
