I would highly recommend this studio as Tamara's experience and knowledge are so vast. The studios have such a welcoming presence, with a sense of community- everyone knows each other! I always leave class feeling refreshed and blissed-out, no matter how I walked in the studio. Cannot recommend this studio highly enough - I am also lucky enough to study under Tamara in Teacher Training. Her wisdom is palpable. We are so incredibly lucky to have a ray of light such as her in our lives. Go and try a class, you won't regret it!
