Their service is good and their airfares are reasonably priced. They usually offer a more comfortable service (more leg room etc) then the cheaper alternatives but for shorter flights this is not really an issue. They include a meal in flight which cheaper airlines charge you extra for.

Cheap airfares and friendly service. For the traveler on a budget this is a great choice. They have pay as you go services so you can still get movies, food and drinks and they have friendly staff to serve you.

Virgin have the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Their credit card product (which is no longer open to new customers) is so simple but a perfect product. No annual fee and a competitive interest rate.

Nando's is a great choice for those who love chicken. You can choose how 'hot' you'd like your food and they always serve their meals with plenty of chips. They have a good range of meals, one of my favorites is the chicken ribs. They could probably do a better job of putting together their salads.

Three have some good plans and phones. In particular they have some good Internet data plans to go with their phone plans. The have good coverage in Melbourne but as you move further away from the city and closer to the suburbs this tends to get worse (especially for Internet usage). Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever experienced, I have found the on phone support to be frustrating and at times useless.

Telstra tend to charge more for their services and provide less. For example plans with not very much download allowance and counting uploads in their plans (something that very few other companies do, if any). The customer service can be ok but is more often then not unsatisfactory.

Facebook is a great way to stay in touch with friends and family. The User Experience is mostly good, allowing you to see updating information on your network of friends with ease. Facebook also allows you to communicate in real time as well as through comments and messages.

Lazy Moes offer REALLY large servings and a good variety of food. This is a great place to go when you're really hungry. It can get rather busy so it's always best to book a table before hand. The environment is more casual so it's suited for a night out with friends.

Internode provide a reliable Internet service. They pride themselves on their excellent network, and with good reason!

They have flexible plans which allow you to add data or switch between plans and you don't get stung with silly fees or nasty contracts. Once you experience the Internode service you'll never want to leave.

Internode are NOT the cheapest ISP out there but they have excellent customer service with support staff that actually understand what's going on. Another great part of Internode's service is the lengths they go to to fix issues and keep you well informed.
